About CIILE & Startup Cell

CIILE supports scaling up early-stage start-ups and facilitates converting business ideas into entrepreneurial ventures. To this end, CIILE aims to build and share resources, including space and infrastructure, access to business support services, seed funds, mentoring, and training programs to enhance the skills of entrepreneurs.

CIILE works towards fostering a culture of innovation among students and faculty of educational institutions by organizing initiatives/events, startup fests, idea competitions, startup boot camps etc. This encourages students and faculty to work on new ideas, which could later be converted.

An effective entrepreneurial ecosystem requires the active participation of multiple stakeholders, including businesses, policymakers, educational institutions, social networks, and other civil society actors.
